Applewood Smoked Bacon, Swiss & Vermont White Cheddar Cheeses, Cognac & Sherry Sauteed Mushrooms, Grilled Red Onions, Sauteed Peppers, Roasted Garlic, Lettuce & Tomato

I love food.

I love to eat, I love to cook. NYC is great for that sorta thing (consumption mostly -- cooking is sometimes space/legally restricted).

Specifically:

I love burgers.

I search for them all over and try them everywhere. With Cheese. Guess that means I love cheeseburgers. Whatever. Red meat in general, really. And as rare as I can get away with.

I love pig.

Barbecue, bacon (with aforementioned cheeseburgers too), pulled pork. Not very Jewy, I know, but I have needs.

I love cheese.

As accessories to the above items, and on its own as well. Interestingly enough, I'm allergic to milk. I usually ignore that.
